Knowing the amount of Fish Oil you should take daily is important.

Fish Oil supplements contain the essential omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, both of which support a healthy heart.* It is recommended for the general population to consume about 8 oz. of a variety of seafood per week for heart health. If a fish oil supplement is 1200mg, it does not contain 1200 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. For example,  Fish Oil 1200 mg contains 360 mg of omega-3’s in just one soft gel, while  Fish Oil 1400 mg contains 980 mg of omega-3.
